nokia 8310 ring not very loud

just bought a second hand 3210.
The set works fine appart from the ring volume.
It is set to 5 but i can just about hear it.
Is this a common problem and can it be fixed [DIY].

You can change the ringer yourself A gsm spares website should be able to sell you the part and just swap the old one with the new one with a t6 screwdriver. RudeYute will probs know what to do
