    Default Flashing TSOP

After I've flashed my BIOS, can I desolder just the bridge on the top of the motherboard to prevent accidental flashing by meddling kids etc? Or does the one on the underside need done too?

    Cheers

I don't see why you would need to desolder the bottom one aswell if both are needed to flash the bios. I'm no expert on this, maybe one of the other members with more knowlege could clarify this?
