Usually the first week on January on Sky One..

You could always download the episodes off the net to get an advance preview....

Sky One ain't got the rights to Friends though ave they anymore, it's on E4 ain't it... Where Can U download em from m8, normal places like Kazaa, or somewhere special site... Thanks.

D'oh! You're right mate it's E4 - forgot about that - sorry!

I'm like two years late - no wonder I couldn't find Friends this year

Anyway, E4 started on the second or third Thursday at the start of this year I think so I would imagine it will be the same this year.

Shown on Thursday nights in the states, next episode is Thursday Episode 4.

I get the episodes from alt.binaries.tv.friends, they post both divx and vcd versions usually no later than fri/sat

I downloaded about 4 different files, of Friends 901... But none of em play, anyone know why??? Thanks.

What types of file were they, There is a few different versions floating around. The Mpegs are about 220mb but should play on any pc. The Divx .Avi's need the Divx Codec and the Xvid .Avi's need the Xvid and Divx Codecs.

If you Cant get working copies anywhere else I will give you a pass to my FTP as all the new series are lurking on their somewhere.

how can you tell if an avi is Xvid gimp?
i got the dogtown sk8 movie yesterday and I can't get it to work? assuming that it is a valid file?

The version i had was Friends_S9E01_Xvid_Reencode.Avi Thats the only way i knew it was xvid.

The Xvid ones show up as Divx in the summary and they have the same .AVI file extension. If you don't have the Xvid Codec installed get it from http://www.xvid.org and everything should play fine.

Its best to install both versions as i have had problems getting some things to play with just one.
