currently i'm building a pc for the other halfs kids for home work and on line bits.

i've raided my spares box, and have all bar memory.

i'm after a couple of GB for DDR2 ram, either 667 or 800.
either 1x2gb stick or 2x1gb sticks.

does anyone have any kicking about, on a budget, so looking for cheap as possible.
