yboxdash.xbe ??

Can someone please explain to me about the yboxdash.xbe please? i am having the Xecutor1.1 installed and adding in a new hdd. With all the stuff going around about xbox live, i would like to not have to worry about the xboxdash.xbe and not have to keep changing it (ie from the original to the evo-x one)

I use yboxdash mod. Works a treat. When I start my machine up it launches EvoX (yboxdash.xbe) and I have setup an option in the menu for xboxdash.xbe pointing to the original dash. If M$ update their dashboard it no longer interferes with EvoX - BTW, my dash is XBox Live one now :-)
