Sega Saturn modboard?

I was looking into Sega Saturns after TigerShark's post, but I was looking at backup options.

I remember reading a while back that the swap method (stellotape) can ruin the drive, but I looked for modchips to override protection, but I'm seeing is a modboard from http://www.modmasters.com/products/products.htm.

Any info on the matter would be appreciated, especially a reliable seller of this board.
