Well this is my first site that i hand coded (unlike my old school site where it was all done in frontpage)!
Please tell me what you think!
I want to know what I can improve before I open my own forum for my dance group

Ill let you off as I love Gyros myself.
Site colours need adjusting the dark and light blues dont go with the hellish BG! Also a loop on the music would be good...and annoying.
er.. ok, just a few things lol... :
the music shite sux...
the font for the buttons sux, and is kinda difficult to read...
that moving hand is soooo gay
dont make every page load in a new window, its a pain in the ass, and plus it took me a while to realise why they werent loading cos my pop-up stopper was on
the home page is a bit dull, and if i had accidentally come across it while surfing id spend a whole 3 secs there before buggering off elsewhere
also, i hate black sites with bright coloured text cos it hurts to read it...
