A friend of mine told me this game is great online - so I got his CD key (he stopped playing it) and sent me a copy. The problem is that during installation it asks for CD2 and when I insert it, it won't recognise it.

I first thought it was a bad burn - but I checked several forums and it's a general problem with copied versions. So I just manually copied the files from the second CD to the installation folder. This worked fine, except I can't install any patches because there are no SoFII registry settings since the installation didn't finish.

So I'm stuck and I can't play online on any servers using 1.03. Is there a solution to the installation problem ? Does anyone have the registry settings ? Any help appreciated.

P.S. And yes, if I like this game I'll buy it.
