    Default HELP im getting man breasts!!!!

    this is a bit of an embarrasing question but can u tell me how to lose fat around my tits? i use to do quite a few weights especially upper body but when i stopped my tits started to sag im finding it really hard to lose the fat around this region.

    PLS help me

    Don't drink beer - I had a shitload on Saturday and went up three cup sizes!

    Now I need to spend the rest of the week on the bench to try and get it sorted!

    You can't target fat loss.. You can't say I want to lose fat off my tits lol.

    You need to eat a healthy balanced diet and do at least 20 mins of CV work 3 times a week.

    I've been saying I want a massive dick like Leeroy for the past five years and that's never happened either!

    I can't do a 'healthy balanced diet' as it all tastes like shit which is why I stick to the meal replacement powders / protein drinks etc..

    It might be worth Sean doing some light weights with a high rep range as that tends to tone more than doing heavy weights as that builds mass more than anything..

    For losing fat any exercise that will increase the heartrate, be it fast walking, light weights (high reps) etc..

    I eat a very healthy diet, and find myself feeling sick at the thought of eating fish and chips.. I like very little fat in my diet, and little to no sugar. I used to love fry ups, chips, burgers etc, but after losing 2 stone I don't want to go back to them, and now the thought makes me quesey ..

    cheers for the advice guys.

    ive been doing weights but quite heavy 1s with average reps, i thought that would tone aswell as lose the excess body fat!

    so is it best to do a lighter weight but with more reps? if so have u got an idea of the weight i should be lifting and how many reps?
    Also have u got any idea on wot weight exercise i should do?

    Well tbh I had a completely unhealthy lifestyle. Computer programmer by trade, little or no exercise and snacking throughout the day. After seeing some photo's and realising what a bloater I started to look at my lifestyle. I tried to only eat healthy foods at set times throughout the day, and completely cut out my snacking. I also started running, and have now completed 2 nike 10k runs the wieght took quite a while to come off, and I lost it lastly from my face, as thats where I put it on when I have a lapse I get chubby there first and lose it there last, so its really noticable. TBH I am now a bit small, as I think that I lost a bit of muscle, as I used to have quite a large chest and big arms, but there now smaller, so will have to start to build them up again.. I'd say 60% weight lost was fat and 40% muscle, but that is taking into account that muscle weighs more than fat.!!.!

    All you can do as these guys have suggested is diet and work out, high reps on a lighter weight on the Pecs will aid cardio and also give the muscle more definition and tone (in most people) dieting will help to lose the fat around it and thus allow you to see the definition, but you will lose fat from other places too, your body alone decides where it comes from, you dont, nor does the excersise that you perfrom.

    and remember, use the talk test to determine if you are doing aerobic or anerobic, you wanna burn fat not calories (unless you like pigging out on healthy food too
    .

    i'd imagine if you cant talk whilst exercising you are working in too hard and causing anaerobic exercise to take place, where the optimum workout for losing fat is aerobic exercise...

    What WTD is saying is correct, the Talk Test is basically that if you were training on a treadmill, cycle or any other type of CV equipment and you were able to comfortably talk to the guy next to you without having to gasp for air after every sentence then the exercise you were doing would still be aerobic, but if you were struggling then this would mean that you were now doing anaerobic exercise (the point at which lactic acid starts to accumulate in the muscles) where your body starts to take from other sources for its energy instead of the fat that you want to get rid of.
