If I was to grow plants in my loft with a 400w hps and a fan, what should I do to stop heat escaping and being picked up by police helicopters (they usually fly over a few times a week).

old wives tale that, as is the increase in leccy usage
i'm sure there are 1000's of houses that dont even have loft unsulation
And if u have plod flying uverhead everyweek its not to check for heat loss they have more important things to worry about
just to give u an isea, a m8 was grassed and got caught with over 60 hydro plants and got 2 years suspended
as long as nobody knows and you arent a total twat then it is virtually impossible to get caught
It's not for my loft though m8, it's for my shed. They fly over regularly because I live by a graveyard and it's been vandalised a few times lately.

hmmm tricky 1 that
not too many heated sheds out there as far as i know
to be honest i would only recommend loft or garage
