Hi,
Borrowed State Of Emergency off a m8 and decided to copy it wit ma Pioneer-104, when I copy it Nero says it was recorded successfully, but it loads to the PS2 logo and stops, I noticed that when I put the disc (origional) into ma PC, it says 4.37GB is used, but when I highlight the files and folders and go to properties it says that the disc is only 552MB!!! I have had the same problem with TimeSplitters 2, and the PC says that 4.37GB is being used, but when I highlight the files and folders it says they are 1.66GB when I go to properties, I have ONLY had problems with games that act this way in my PC, all others like Soldior of Fortune, GTA3, Red Faction, Headhunter, etc copy perfectly, so why do these behave so differantly.

Hope it's not a way to stop folk copying games that was done on purpose!

depends what discs u use, try verbs or traxdata

Thanks m8, will try that, I'm using FWS at the moment, had the same prob with BulqPaq Purple tops aswell.

EDIT: Got State Of Emergency to get past the PS2 logo, now it gets upto the disclaimer and stops loading and makes a kshhhhhhhhh sound, then a pause, then that kshhhhhh sound and it keeps going on and on like that frozen on the same screen.

there is a dvd rip tutorial on some websites. you only need to rip out dummy files. the rip is a 100% copy of the dvd version. look on www.megagames.com/ps2 it might be there.

use primo dude, make an image of the game and burn at 1x on good qual media, i think fws should defo work anyway,
