Hi guys,
bought a dell laptop recently and all was running well until i started getting a popup saying windows was not genuine. I did a dell factory reset and had no joy. then i re-installed with the cd they gave me, and it was ok for a few days. Now the same issue is appearing. dell support arent being helpful - can anyone suggest what i can do next? im thinking of returning the system? its been over a month, so can i do this?
Hoping someone who works for dell can help me out!
