    Hard Drive problem !

Last few weeks i've encountered a "dialup connection problem"
For a connection i have had to go to control panel modem then do a diagnostics then click more info to see my moden stats,
Then i can then Hit my local provider BT S,Time to get a connection, "IF i did'nt go to control to my modem more info,
My pc locks up every time. And require ctrl alt delet to reboot. "Question is why"!! Now i have found out today no matter what i did i just could'nt get a connection At all .....
After serval times freezing unloading modem and reloading i still unable to connect.. Your thinking how am i here now

I desided to use my secondary hard drive modem installed already i can connect right away hence why im here now. This has now proved to me modem was not my problem on my master drive 20 gig hd. " Does this mean my master H,D is Knackered!
Why i cannot connect at all !!

Iike i've mentioned few weeks ive suffered this problem And i have done a F disk Twice over this problem to try and correct it but no luck. Can any one help pls....

    System info CPU: (1-AMD Thunderbird, 999MHz, 256KB) voodoo 3 AGP Resolution (800x600) Two H,D 20gig & 10gig OS M,E on Master 98 S,E on secondary 10 gig...

Nortons utills 202 was no help. Neither did Ontrack Utils V4.

    Thanxs folks
