    Hi,

The simple step by step is this:
1 - Check that Phone is ROM6, by Using Eeprom Tools or NokTool or similar.
    2 - If ROM5, don't go any further. ROM6? Carry on....
3 - If ROM6, backup the flash, from 0020000 - 0040000 (MCU, PPM and Eeprom)
    4 - Flash 8250 MCU, PPM and Eeprom to 8210, using 8210 settings. MCU 002000, PPM 0034000, 003D000.
5 - Clear Eeprom by using appropriate eeprom software (prefer NK Calc personally), restore IMEI using the same, and update FAID.
    6 - Do a full factory reset.

    And you're done!

AMDman, you will need the "8250 MCU + PPM" and the "EEprom", detailed instructions, including all the files you will need can be found here mate, good luck http://clix.to/gsmschwantz

Sorry forgot to add, schwantz doesnt mention the progs to use, so use Rolis478 to flash the files to the phone, and Eepromtools to update faid and IMEI once u have finished. To reset the phone, do as Rudeyute suggested first off. All of these progs can be found at the top of this forum in the Download section. If you need any further help, just shout mate.
