Bought a second hand phone with vodaphone sim. Tried to turn on the sim lock and it asked for the pin. Tied what I thought was standard and phone came up and said sim barred. Now I get a message saying Enter PUK code. Is there anything I can do to get it working again. Sent email to Vodaphone but they didn't reply.

You have to ring Vodafone up for it now. i think there is an automated service to get your PUK on Voda, but can't remember the number though, sorry.

Voda used to allow you to get it from their website Not sure if they do - Use ask jeeves or something

I found out if anyone else ever does this that the number to automated system is 08700776655. Thanks for the replies.
