liteon 16x DVD region free?

How can i make this drive multi region?I've searched a few places with no joy
Is there firmware to make this multi region?

i have a Lite-On 163D GHR3 16x dvdrom drive and made it region free. goto this page hxxp://perso.club-internet.fr/farzeno/firmware/ and download the small utility for the lite on drive.

Thanks Pee-Wee,I was on that page anyway, but the drive and firmware is listed, but it says for Inside Dell/Fujitsu PC's only.

what are u on about Bobby? As far as i can see you just have to d/l the DOS RPC-1 Utility or the new Windows one (which i havent tried but the dos one works fine) and use it to turn the RPC off. Easy.
