nope, she was guilty of grand theft and vandalism , but the prosicution aren't going for a custodial sentance, just a fine and community service + probation.

She claimed she was getting into the character for a new film about shoplifting, its odd that she couldnt remeber the name of the film though (she gave 2 different ones)

it wasnt shoplifting, it was grand theft because of the value of the goods
