Default Line rental + broadband packages

I'm sure i read on here about a few companies offering 'unlimited' broadband and line rental for around 15 quid, I cant find the thread now, does anyone have any experience of these deals? My tiscali expires soon and was wondering where to go to save a few quid.

Im currently paying 15pm and line rental, but i dont think thats much more than 40 quid a quarter so I may be better off sticking with what I have. cheers for the info though, I'll look into it.

This won't apply to {{909}}, but may be useful to others.

I am currently with BT for my landline and o2 for broadband. I was out of contract with BT and phoned to say I was leaving for o2's new landline offering. They offered to discount line rental to around £8.50/month (effectively via £30 credit to my account) in return for signing up for another year.

o2 broadband was £7.50/month. Was also out of contract here, so phoned asking for a better deal and they reduced to £5. Note: if you are a new customer, you can effectively get a years broadband for free if you take the free 3 months and quidco cashback.

So now I'm paying £13.5/month for both landline and broadband

    LLU means local loop unbundled

Its a term used because Sky have their own gear in the exchange, hence can provide up to 20MB unlimited.

    What exchange are you on?
