Avid xpress PC setups

Hi peeps. (i didnt know where else to put this as its a mix of software and hardware)

Right i've 'aquired' Avid xpress 3.5 and media composer 10 (for those that dont know check link)

Well in the specifications it only lists systems that are compaq, IBM or HP and im running on a custom built machine.

What i want to find out is if anyone in here uses any such video editing software and what system they use it on.

Mine is currently:

P3 1Ghz
Over 1Gb RAM
180 GB HD (120 storage, 60 Boot up)
Matroz G450 gfx
Sound blaster live 1024
ADVC-100 analogue- DV converter via Firewire
XP pro.

Any hints or tips would be a great help as i cant run the software on my PC at the moment.
