THESE are the first shocking pictures of smoking toddler Ardi Rizal - who throws tantrums if he can't puff 40 cigs a day.
The Sun told on Saturday how the two-year-old got hooked after dad Mohammed gave him a fag at 18 months.

Now he weighs 4st and trundles round on a toy truck blowing smoke rings - too unfit to run with other kids.

Mum Diana, 26, wept: "He's totally addicted. If he doesn't get cigarettes, he gets angry and screams and batters his head against the wall. He tells me he feels dizzy and sick."

Ardi will smoke only one brand and his habit costs his parents £3.78 a day in Musi Banyuasin, Indonesia.

Officials have offered to buy the family a car if he quits.

Not news so posted here, this is crazy. There is a video posted on the source page. I wouldn't have said the kid is 2, he is huge, look at the size of his tits! I think the father is allowing it for the money that comes from publicity, he is obviously not healthy.

my oldest use to pick up pens and pencils after seeing one of her friends Mum smoke, at about the same age as this. What can you do, ban smoking? This however is idiotic, how the hell can he get hold of them?

Smoking is for the record, not evil ffs! its about eduation and guidance which possibly(I say possibly as this looks like a PR stunt again) this kid has never recieved. smoking is good for the mind as it eases stress, and when comfortable with it and your not arsed about getting cancer from it, then its one of lifes luxuries to enjoy. So smoke what you want! its your liberty to do so.
Go fucking private and pay for any cancer treatment, then they can bring that crappy boring moral argument into play.

I fail to see any self righteousness in any post. So would you say we should respect a toddlers decision to smoke and allow it rather than condemn the parents for allowing it? Because it's good for the kids stress and mind? Do you think that kid understands the possible implications on his future?

Smoking is not evil but it is widely believed to cause harm to your physical health and it is certainly not something I would encourage anyone to take up, there are plenty of non-damaging ways to de-stress. For the record I used to smoke and still do so occasionally with a drink so I am not anti-smoking at all.

To be fair i dont care about him nor do you really if you think about it. you dont know if its true or not. what youve seen could be anything. and I tend to believe its a setup, if not then its disgusting and the parents need to be told of the dangers of smoking etc.
