can someone please tell me how the shops unlock a clarion PU2325A(B) without second bar code as they are asking £25 and the only thing i have is the serial CL0410Y0098320

To be fair - he didn't actually ask for a code - he just asked "how do the shops do it" but then he included his serial number which gives the impression he wants the code but without asking for it directly
