Nice one, a worthy winner
it was obvious that would win from the minute it was posted. By far and away the best pic of the month and a very strong contender for pic of the year so far.
and I'm not being bitter here, but I'd be interested to see who voted for the Miraine and Nitelife pics (the rape field ones) as they were more or less copies of the one that I posted well beforehand, yet mine got no votes. Would be interested to know how theirs were seen to be better so I can try and improve in future?

well done cybollox
Russ - nothing wrong with yours, it's just the others have a bit more interest going on in them. The clouds in nightlife's help, and the thing(!) in miraine's adds a bit of foreground interest.
Cheers Will,
I just thought it surprising that they got 2 votes each and I got none when my pic was original to the theme and theirs weren't. I'm quite disappointed in that respect.
well done m8 mine was the best tho!
I STINK GET OVER IT !
Well done mate. It wasn't to my liking, far too much going on and it's way overcooked. Wingnut got my vote, I prefer a simpler approach.
Well done, this was my fav. 1 vote for me as well which is always good
well done mate, it was the one i voted for. sorry about late reply, i have been caught up in another thread thats seems to have simmered down now for moment

Well done mate. It's a cracking image and a very worthy winner in what was a very good turnout of images .
Yeah - a worthy winner Cliff, well done.
Paul.
thanks for the votes and comments guys, will post exif data later for Matt.
Well done mate, wasn't my choice but I think overcooked HDR is one of those marmite things, some people love it and some don't.

Nice shot and a worthy winner. HDR not really my bag especially for internals but folks love em.
An impressive pic, no doubt about it Cybollox
Sorry for the exceedingly similar pic Russbeer. Didn't have a chance to go take another after you posted yours, so threw mine up there anyway rather than not enter. Those fields are pretty much the epitome of "colourful / vibrant", not surprising a few of us thought along the same lines. To be fair, it's not like it was an intentional copy.
