Bricked 3GS - iOS 4

Updated my itunes to 9.2 last night and updated my 3GS to iOS 4.
Today I downloaded the JB'd one from the other thread, and tried to update.
Gave me a 1015 error on restore.
So tried going back to 3.1.3, same problem.
Just tried going back to normal 4.0 and still erroring.
Help!

Oh and it's the later bootrom.

Phew, tried on my laptop to go to 4.0 (non JB) and it's worked.
Ah well, I'll just have to hope for Spirit to do there bit

Lol it's mentioned all over that it won't work on newer 3GS,

Also you can only go to jb4.0 from another jb os (3.1.2 for example)

Furthermore you CAN go back to 3.1.3 it will error about 3/4 of the way through. It's when it tries to flash the baseband (which it can't do). All you need to do is use iRecovery to set it to auto boot, and reboot the phone

Lol, i was twitching for a bit!

To be honest I think I'll stick with 4.0 for now. I'm really missing sbsettings but apart from that and a couple of cracked games my apps are legit anyway. The race is on for spirit and blackrain!

hi mate the 1015 error is easily fixed , i have it every time i jailbreak my 3gs, u need quickpwn on ya pc opened but not run , then u hold the power and homebutton together for 15 secs, then the home fora further 2 secs then u ar done
