I could be tempted when my contract is up with O2 later this year. Just saving £5 a month compared to O2 is greater than the £99 cost of the phone on 3 so I could blag the Mrs that its not cost me anything

I was thinking along the same lines. I could get 100 quid for my 16gb touch then its 30 a month which is not much more than i pay now.

I would go to three by choice as their signal is great here and where I work so this is spot on.

I'm hoping to upgrade my missus on her £35 per month contract to the £30 one you mentioned and give her a different phone (possibly my 3GS)

I read that they won't have stock until the end of July/August which is just in time for my iPhone contract to expire with O2. The Mrs will go mad if I have to make her change numbers again lol

"3" tariffs are on a 2 year contract which is a shame.
I will be getting the tescc one on a 12 month contract tonight - havent decided if i want the £20 a month, or the £35 a month - need to see how many minutes i actually use!

If "3" offered a 18 month tariff instead of 24, i would have gone with them - the actual tariffs are great.

My Current plan is to revert to the 3 sim only deal if apple don't release a new phone next summer (after 12 month tesco contract has expired)
