I use autopilot at about 2k feet, hell if I'm flying all those headings manually. From that point, its on till I touch down, It's great for when you set your landing runway in the GPS and it will keep you in line with the runway center line

This was me in the Mooney on my Heathrow > PCG flight before it hung - it was all going well.
I since done another short Glasgow > Prestwick flight using IFR and it worked pretty well. Sometimes not a good idea using the 'Real World Weather' in Scotland!
Just out of curiosity, Why choose the Mooney Bravo? I don't mind looking at the plane, but I hate flying it lol.
The reason I'm using it at the moment is because I'm using the FSPassengers add-on and my pilot is only qualified to fly single prop planes. I'm pretty bored of it but I've only got a few more hours of flight time before I'm promoted and can then purchase a twin-prop. Got my eye on a DC-3 which is a lot more fun than the Mooney
Ah, I just set it to easy and buy every plane I wanna fly lol. Remeber the DC3 is slow as heck but is very hard to break
just messing while world cup is on.
took off teesside airport(sorry durham tees valley.lol)
Spoiler:
this ne saitek stick is the best.
£1.50 well spent.lol

Tonights flight was a BA Dash 8 from Manchester to Belfast City. Some turbulence was noticed through the clouds, which was expected but wasn't at the same time.
Flight Analysis:

Going through clouds turning into NI:
Lining up for final approach:
Be sure to put 'Yaw Damper' on if you're experiencing turbulence, it helps alot
Cheers - I'll need to remember that for next time!
I made a short video during this flight I'm sticking on youtube at the moment.

Just an update on my flight log. As you can see I made it to Cyprus but then decided, what the hell, lets circle the globe. After my run in with Iraqi insurgence or Alliance Blue on Blue (you decide), I'm currently trying to navigate my way around Iraq by flying North East through Syria. My next leg will then take me in to Turkey and from then on back South East in to Iran.
As you can see, I have made a total of 19 flights, covering 2,500 nautical miles. This has taken me just over 19.5 hours in the faithful Mooney Bravo.
Haha - brilliant.
My most recent was a flight from Faro (Portugal) to Charles-De-Gaulle in a BAe 146.
Takeoff from Faro:
Mid-Flight (Still climbing):
Top down view (From the moon I think!!) after Takeoff:
It's the first one I've saved and I'll go back to - takes a few hours!
Aircraft is brilliant, excellent detail - one of the best I've found. (I think its the most popular one on FS-Freeware)
It is let down by it's panel though... not mixed and matched since FS98 but I wonder if I could copy the Learjet panel onto it as I think thats much better.
A landing at Heathrow by me earlier... if watched on Youtube in HD it's pretty damn clear!

I came in far too high and it wouldn't have been pleasant - but could have been a lot worse. There were 24 kts wind.
First, a UPS 747-200 taking off in a snowstorm from Prestwick Airport, EGPK.
Next, a static shot of a good detail Shorts Tucano. These are actively used by the RAF for Fast Jet Training... I've had the pleasure of being in one of these during a visit to Linton-On-Ouse.
Same mate, though the Chipmonk went out of service just before I joined - was replaced by a side-by-side aircraft called the Bulldog, and then replaced again by the Grob Tutor. (I had 7 flights in the Bulldog and one in the Tutor as it was getting to the time I left)
The only glider I was in was a Viking, and to gain my scholarship I only had to do the solo flight - but never got round to it.
