Thank god I wasn't on your plane lol, No flaps for take off then a huge nose dive descent and no reverse thrust so a long rollout.
But as my dad always said 'If you land in one piece, it's a good landing'.
(For people who don't know, Press and hold F2 then reverse thrust will be activated. Really helps on landing (But when flying the bigger birds, don't forget autobrake)).
I also find the airbrake helps with big birds, it's the forwardslash key.
You mean Spoilers, but they should only be used at low speeds or when landing, They very easily break and if they lock they can induce a stall
Yeah I normally use them when landing.
Nice splash.

Whats specs are your PC mate? Looks like it runs like a dream on there.
Very nice landing though mate!
It's a dual core Phenom 550 with two cores unlocked, 2GB DDR3 RAM and an ATI HD 5770.
I've got the settings fairly high, but disabled things like road and sea traffic - I think that helps with framerates.
Funny thing though, the playback in the recordings there is about 32FPS... but if I done the recording on the 'Landing Gear' view it was only 14FPS and really noticable.
As much as I hate the drop in frame rate with traffic, I love coming into land and seeing all the cars and lorrys.
Another couple of videos from me over the past few days...
