Default Windows XP Pro Roaming Profiles

I use an XP system at work at several different workstations (only as a user not admin) and it seems that everytime I log onto a different workstation I get varying favourites and desktops.

As an example I have deleted something from my favourites on one deskstation andthen if I log onto another it'll still be there. Unless I delete it from every other workstation before logging back on to the original one it will apear back on the original one.

Same with shortcuts or files on the desktop.

Any ideas on anything I can do or attempt to delete to tidy everything up?
    Stu.... :-)

Sounds like you've got a corrupt network (roaming) profile, each machine is using a local copy of your profile. Can you not get your IT Dept to create you a new roaming profile?
