the emails are just spam they are not sent from the account they are addressed from/to they seem to be coming from botnets, ive seen the same email 20 times never from the same ip, it seems that they are using a name list and sending to domains as i have seen loads of errors in my mail servers logs for users that have never been set up. i.e john john1 john2 john3...........ect ect
as you can see from this header this came from a pc in japan.
