This website isn't widely known about so try keep it low key or it may get killed off.
Basicly you submit your website with just www. no http:// and it will then post of the stats site which gives you a free backlink, this is also great if you have a new site which is not yet indexed by google.
This will generate a few thousand backlinks just keep the window running till it finishes, if you have another website open a new window and have both running

They really should have a separate dedicated section for this.

I'd be careful with this though .. I'm gonna use it but only in small doses .. I've read that adding a few hundred links all at once will help your site to jump up the rankings quickly but then it will soon fall back down when Google realises the linking has stopped.
