A TERRIFIED donkey was attached to a parasail and flown across the sky for 30 minutes in a sick advertising stunt.
The creature was pulled through the air by a speedboat over a crowded beach — near the Russian resort village of Golubitskaya — in a warped bid to promote parasailing for tourists.
A local entrepreneur was said to be trying to lure holidaymakers to his private beach club.

The petrified donkey, which was braying in terror, was described as "half dead" when it was finally released.
Onlookers said the animal was "faint and dizzy" as it tried to get to its feet following the ordeal.
One mum at the Azov sea beach said children were screaming and crying with fear. She said: "We could hear the cries of the donkey as it was flown up in the sky."
Wailing

But astonishingly not a single holidaymaker called the police.
Cops are now probing the horrific case of animal cruelty.
Dina Goncharova, of the local police in the Temryuk district, said: "The poor donkey was wailing loudly, and the children, hearing this, were in tears. It all went on for half an hour.
"Some children thought it was a dog flying in the sky. They were crying 'why did they send a doggy up in the sky?' but then we realised it was a donkey."

Regional official Lilia Poltavtseva added: "Unfortunately, none of the people on the beach had the brains to call the police.
"But when it became public knowledge, investigators started a criminal case under the law concerning cruelty to animals."
The man responsible is believed to run a business offering beach activities.
If found guilty he could be imprisoned for up to two years under Russian laws.
The condition of the donkey — normally used to give rides to children on the beach — is not known.
