Vauxhal Zafhira - Keys reprogrammed

The Ex wifey has taken my spare car key and i am wondering if it is possible to get my key reprogrammed so that the key she has got will not open/ work with my car. I was able to do this on the Astras but im just wondering as i dont want the bint to "borrow" my car. Just a quick fix alternative than blowing her brains out will suffice

car is a v2.0 litr turbo reg 56 plate old shape

any help would be nice

i thought the zafira was basicly an astra with a bigger shell so theres a chance

Until you do it, if the car is left alone quite a bit it may be worth getting hold of a clamp. And then swapping the leads for 2 and 3 over, if she wants the car enough to get the clamp off that will confuse pretty much everyone who looks at it as it will look normal.

Yes you can erase all keys with the Tech2 and reprogramme just one key back into the ECU.

Ive got in contact from a mechanic friend that will do it and give me a spare key. All i need is the security code. I am hoping this is inside the warranty wallet in my glove box

agree with the above, or you can use OPCOM if you have it.
Security code can be supplied by dealers if you've lost yours for about �20.
You may be able to extract it from the ecu or cluster
