I heard this as well, through closer sources, could be done by Friday, fingers crossed... Then old Roy may get some much needed funding !
Losing Gracefully Since September 2010
I refuse to get my hopes up in the slightest.
The most interesting thing i find about this supposed takeover is how little the americans would walk away with which is a massive added bonus.
agree...not getting my hopes up until i officially hear something on liverpoolfc.tv, tv or radio....
dont want the new owners to come in and start throwing money at the club to buy players for 20-30 million each like city but give roy enough cash to strenghten the areas we need it... i.e. wingers + strikers and off cause a left back...
Yeah i don't want us to have crazy money just enough to make sure we're up there again after last seasons woeful display and can if needed compete with most in the transfer market and not have to settle for second choice players a majority of the time as we have done for a while.
doesnt matter you'll still be shit
Best of luck and hope you can pull it off

Good business and to be expected. Buying a club on the cheap while it's shit and then make it super successful with money is the way to go.
Yes I'm looking at you Man City

well it seems more parties are interested in liverpool so hopefully things can start moving in the right direction.....cash to buy players we need and debt paid off + new stadium.
hopefully a fresh start to Liverpool Football Club
Wonder if players i.e. Gerrard & Cole knew something was about to happen hopefully Torres will now come out and say he aint going nowhere (now he is back to melwood)
If we didn't hear delusional nonsense before, now these scallys will be going into overdrive. Same old, same old.
