HTC Desire Help

Just got a new HTC Desire (Orange) from work and having a bit of trouble with contacts.

I seemed to have copied contacts from sim to phone (I think lol) as there are 2 x entries for all contacts. (NB. My current sim card will be switched off tomorrow andf I have to put my new card in).

Now, the problem is if someone phones me or texts it only displays their number and not their name..????? You can see the problem I have as I don't know who's calling.

I know I'm probably being thick as shit and there's an easy way to sort.....

go into people then hit menu and select view,

you can then hide the sim contacts so only the phone contacts show, this is best if you are planning in linking them to facebook also

When you get it set up i recommend syncing your contacts to your google account. If you ever restore it they get copied down when you add your google account.
