I have just started to try and stream MKV files to my 360. First I tried to do it over WiFi which works fine for xvid and mp3 but not for MKV. When I try and set it up using cable through my router my PC wont see my 360.

My setup
Xbox 360 pluged in to a 85mps home plug and the other home plug connected to my router and my pc pluged into my router.

When I tried it over wifi it was the same setup apart for my pc connected to the router over wifi.

Why wont it work using cable?
