10% Battery warning

I got a 10% battery warning last night then was just about to use my phone when it switched off. It then wouldn't let me turn it on for another 10 mins until charged.

I remember seeing an cydia app that would let you use it to 3% and that it would allow it to be switched on again after a 5% charge instead of 20%. I don't think these were what the app did primarily, just a nice added bonus.

Does anyone know what it's called?

Mines not jailbroken or modified but I can run mine till 3% at a push and it will switch back on after a charge at 5-6%

I can't remember what it was called but the app was proven to be a fake.

i don't think i've ever run my iphone 4 that low tbh but with my 3gs i could definately get down to 3 or 4 % before it would switch off. It would take a little while to come back on though when charging
