Made this on Holiday, went down a treat served warm with Vanilla Ice Cream, or just on it's own!

Take 4/5 good size bananas and blend them to a liquid. You may need to add a little water to get it started.
Once mixed add a good spoon of Honey and two packs of Yeast, Mix up

Pour into a bowl and add a good few handfuls of Walnuts. Now keep adding plain flour until you are satisfied you have a decent dough. You will have to get your hands in so you may need some help!!

Because you are using Bananas instead of Water, you will not get a nice dough like you would when making bread. Use your own judgment.
Place on some greaseproof paper in a large tray, you want the rustic look - Shape it accordingly.

Drizzle over the top a good few spoons of Honey
Place in a warm cupboard for about an hour, or in the oven (Warm it a little beforehand).

Pre-Heat the oven to about 210-220 and after leaving it to rise whack it straight in for about 35 mins.
Every 10 mins or so, take it out and drizzle more honey over the top.

Once cooked, take out and leave it for about 110-15 mins. To check it is cooked, stick a knife in the middle, it should be a little sticky but not massively.

Serve how you want. I normally whack some slices in the Microwave for about 20 seconds to warm up and serve with some Green and Blacks Vanilla Ice Cream!
