Well ive done it again !, ive managed to fuck my ankle and bottom of my leg up tripping on a box of cider the missus left on the stairs falling down the last three steps on the stairs on saturday night after coming home drunk from a night out.
Ive given it a day but still hurts like feck and is swollen i really hope ive not broken something.
Well at least it wasn't cat shit or a five year old kid this time !

A few years ago on the piss, Hammered like you get, I decided to get a taxi home with this bint and then proceeded to debus the taxi and forgot my legs should get out before the rest of me.
Natural instinct, put my hands out to stop me face slamming into the pavement but my right thumb took all 12 stone fuck up full on. Never been the same since mate.

Similar thing meself, fell over pissed, put me hands out to take the fall and my fingers were on the kerb but my palms weren't. My wrists bent back about 45 degrees the wrong way and they were black and blue and swollen for about a fortnight.

I get pains in them from time to time, mostly if I get myself up off the floor with all my weight on one wrist. Some of the pains just turn up for a few days and I can barely use that hand for anything while its there. My gran used to say it sounded a bit like the arthritic pain that she got from osteoporosis.

Get it checked out Greens, bitter experience says you should!!
