    Default Burning Prog

What is your Mac burning programme?

I'm quite new to the Mac scene and decided to take the plunge and buy a swanky new iMac.

Just looking around to see which progs people are using to replace my normal windows faithful?

I'm using Burn at the min, but looking for better, can anyone help?

    Hey guys,

Since I've been without my PC for some weeks now, I'm really starting to cosy up to my Macbook. Can anyone recommend a good prog for burning image files?

    TIA

Cheers mate, I had a quick look on their website and it didn't explicitly say image burning.. but I'll take it that it does that fine.

Actually doesn't the included disk utility burn image files? Macs are really smart about mounting/burning. Toast is always worth having though.

Yeah you can burn ISO's and DMG's using the Disk Utility.

I liked having Toast for making MP3 CD's for the car.

Yep it's not strikingly obvious but when you're in Disk Utility just click File then Open Disc Image and go from there

    i second that.
use disk utility for a simply ISO/image burn, but use roxio toast for anything other.
