The Easiest Desert you will ever make!!

This always goes down well.

You need:

Greek Yogurt
Really nice Jam (Raspberry or Strawberry), just get the tasty good stuff!!
Some Elderflower Cordial.

Take some Ramekins and spoon in 3 or four good table spoons of the Yogurt
Now add a generous dollop of Jam on top
Finally pour over a couple of tablespoons of Elderflower Cordial.

DONE! It is really really tasty and so easy
