Xbox AV Cable

Does anyone have a spare xbox 360 component av cable laying around (the one with the port for an optical lead), I connected my xbox today after not using it for a while and it cannot detect my cable, not sure if its faulty, I dont have another one to check it as I gave it away on here a while ago.

Do you need the optical out? I have a VGA cable I have no need for.

Does it have to be a microsoft one? can use just any optical the little round square looking thing I got one you can have.

Thanks mate recieved it about 10 miunutes ago, plugged it straight in and still have the same problem, turns out the issue isnt the bloody av cable, the power block has a yellow light on it which apparently is a problem with the power block. If you need this cable back let me know and i'll stick it in the post back to you.
Now I need to try and source a cheap power block for this damn thing.

I have a 150w going spare.

Its an xbox core machine, about 3 years old, not sure of rating how do I find out> thanks.

The unit say 16.5A next to the power connector socket, I think this means the 203w power supply.

Ok mate just got home and have checked, I think I have the one you need.
Just took this pic with iPhone but I think you can make out the details ok. It does also have some info on led status and orange just means standby mate.
