    goodn New wheel

Been after one of these for a while and finally nailed one the other day.

Only an iPhone pic but you get the idea.

If I had it last week it would have been shot as an entry with my proper camera for the Favourite Things topic.

Berty, your bike is looking awesome. However it's probably top of a "Gone in 60 seconds" type list the local scallies have there. Take car of it!

It is insured for its full value so if it did go I would build another but I am loving it a the moment.

Wow, that takes me back to the late 90's! Remember the Trek carbon Y bikes? I almost bought a GT when I was 16 but ended up with a Kona as it was lighter and looked quite edgey at the time.

Enough, it was done as a sum of its parts, as it is entirely custom, a few years back and was around 2150 but has much dearer cranks on now.

I think a few people have rebuilt the hubs on these to take discs but don't think they made them that way.
