Go 500 zip problem

Hi

Just got my Tomtom Go 500 back from my brother he had it for a few days and updated whilst he had it, the problem is i cant get the postcode feature to work

when i select it on screen it just hangs the unit then reboots after a few seconds
my brother said he never used the postcode feature so didnt relise there was a problem

it has Navcore 8.204 and UK maps 855.2884 also postcode files V850

I have tried to replace the postcode files from ones located here but still the same

any advise welcome

Set keyboard to QWERTY & use small letters.
