Advice please.

I've decided on getting either:

Now which one would be better?

The cheaper one has DDR2 memory and a Pentium Dual Core processor.
The other has DDR3 memory and an AMD Dual Core processor.

The DDR3 one, can only hold a max of 4GB ram, where as the other will take up to 8gb RAM. Other than that... the G62 is obviously newer model than the G61...
