FZR 1000 RU Exup (1995) Question?

Really after some feedback please. I have an FZR1000 RU April 1995 (late model) which has covered just 17k and is kept in the garage under cover. I have had fitted a scottoiler, spyball alarm, third party exhaust, new chain and sprockets and the tyres have only done a thousandish miles some time ago it also has service history until I stopped using it. I have not started this for a two/three years as the battery is dead. It has had one previous owner and is in great condition (honestly) small chip on the faring from a stone (5mm). I have been offered £600 for it as is with no questions asked by the garage that last serviced it. What are your thoughts as I've seen a few on eBay and MC go from (1991 Model £877 (non runner) too £2995 running but has covered 20k).
