4.1 released tomorrow!!!

At the moment the "Find Game Center Games" button just opens a web page in Safari.

Just updated to 4.1 before it would show my carrier as 02. Im on Tesco mobile though they use 02, but now it shows as TESCO. So far no hicups.

Well, the proximity woes are gone for me! The phone is now actually usable as a phone.

Game Centre seems pish though...

Obviously you will have to wait for games to take advantage of Game Centre.

Mine was not an easy upgrade.. iTunes thought it had found a new phone so I had to create a new restore point and it decided that all the shite apps I had purchased in the past and deleted should really be on the phone..

Spent the next 20 mins removing them but fortunately my folders were all in tact and now I am happy. Lets hope it's fixed the Slooooooooooooooowwwwww Dooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwnnnnnn that I have been experiencing with too many apps running... I wish some would just shut down rather than linger in the background.

Another couple of reports from folks at work with the upgrade. Seems to have required a factory reset to fix it....

Factory reset before the 4.1 upgrade helped with the Proximity problem but I've not needed to since the update.
