google checkout refunds?

might seem a bit odd im putting this in here but as it is to do with a purchase for an unlock code i thought it was the most relevant place.

i paid for an unlock code for my daughters blacberry curve but as yet have still not had it, does google checkout offer any buyer protection like paypal, i have looked on the site but cant find anything about it, or am i to just ask the seller for a refund and hope they let me have it?

i take it they send it via email - have you checked your junk or spam folder to see if its in either ?

yes m8 and also fired off a couple of, excuse me wheres my code e-mails but no reply to them either!

Yes. Not sure where the dispute (refund) link is though. Is it on the confirmation email you got for the payment?

Google will encourage you to sort the matter between yourselves. In my experience it'll take months to resolve.
