Also I have a good mate who plays for Bradford Bulls called Michael Platt, he lives a few doors up from me and one last thing my mate who lives opposite me James Bussell is Darcy Bussells brother. She was once in my kitchen having a beer with me and I didnt have a fuckin scooby who she was but my wifes jaw was on the floor all star struck. It wasnt until she invited us as VIP to a concert of her and Katherine Jenkins that the penny really dropped lol

Funny, yet I bet a fair bit of your cash has ended up in his pocket over the years. Not to mention the fact that he was a Dragon on BBC's Dragons Den and also took the time to come on DF and answer various business/life questions that members put to him, so have a quick google before you mug someone off next time

At which point this seems slightly more "who is/was a celebrity?" more so than famous, as many people are famous in their own right in a given field. As has been stated before, if you really knew some of the guys behind the screen names on DF...

Ah, upon Googling I see you mean the "online" dragons den. Considering I've not seen that I'm not going to know who he is am I? and as he says on his site, if you don't read the business section of the sunday broadsheets then you would have no idea who he is, which is very true.

The term "famous" or "celebrity" to me would mean I would recognise them walking down the street or in a restaurant or something. There are thousands of entrepreneurs and business men I've given "a fair bit of my cash" to over the years, doesn't mean I'd know them if they passed me in the street.

I was in town few years ago with the lads, and there was this regional TV presenter in the pub who's on the local news. i speak to a lot of people who come to my work the directly deal with famous people,

solomon kalou came to my work, last year bbc were filming down my road.
they paid my parents to use there house for crew members,
basically richard hamoond was in my living room between takes for 2 days.

what a real gentalman he was, my paents loved him. it was a bit random though sitiing on the sofa chatting to the hamster.
