    Default Glutamine Powder

When you overtrain or ache from a work out, Does Glutamine powder really work?

I have always taken Ibuprofen if I have overtrained but have just read that is not really the done thing for recovery.

Does glutamine work ? Well the answer to this question is YES but most people don't give it a fair chance to work, as with most supplements you must take it as the label instructs and with a lot of them its not normally until you get on the second batch that you start to feel the benefits but still remember to drink plenty of water and as for DOM'S then have a look at your diet as this is where most of us are getting it wrong.
