the hamster came to my house last week

i was so busy this wknd but richard hammond was using our house for 2 days last week,

the productioin company were brilliant and he is actually a really nice guy.
i must say it was weird coming home and he was sitting on the sofa in the front room

Why ?

my mum got a call from a production company and they said they were filming a few doors down, they asked if the could use our garden to put the camera's in.

they said they wood pay 100 per day so my mum said yes.
2 days later we get a call and they say could they use are living room and kitchen and toilet facilites and they will now pay 400 per day.

obviously they didnt turn it down, my mum suffers from cancer and obviously it cam up in a conversation with hammond. when they left on friday he personally gave my mum a card and some flowers.

they were filming a program called incredible worlds but as he only had speaking parts he was in our house most of the day

i couldnt beleive all the lazy fecking police that kept turning up and hanging around outside just to get his autograph

i had a little run in with the police the previous week
i did think about noting all there reg numbers and reporting them
as they clearly had nothing better to do

lol we will have to, they didnt really cause any disruption at all i was working mostly when they were here but my mum said they
all treated the house like there own wiping feet etc.

it really made my month to be honest

thanks mate she is on the mend which is good but i
split up with the missus at the start of the month and it got me down a bit
