Unable to get ITV through sky in Crete

Hiya all, my dad has just moved to Crete (just got back 35deg in November!) and he has this massive satellite dish to pick up Sky and he uses his card from england and pays the bill there, because your not supposed to be able to pick up Sky in Greece

unfortunately he cant get ITV and a few other channels, the signal is there but no picture any ideas?

itv has smaller footprint it uses a different transponder, almost impossible outside the uk

to stand any chance from that distance you need a channel master 1.2 with a top quality lnb and finally a Panasonic dsb 30 box.

That's how people in Almeria, spain get itv.
